LIFE EMPOWERMENT ACTION PROGRAM

LEAP Foundation weekends are held at a private and lovely hilltop retreat home. Located one hour north of San Francisco, it is truly a magical spot, with views of the valley, a Greek labyrinth, hiking trails, lovely gardens and fountains, and a hot tub, open to the sun, the moon, and the stars.

With a unique solar design heated only by the sun and 3 wood-burning stoves, our refuge has cozy nooks for sitting or napping, and open spaces for playing and dreaming. Participants are drawn to the colorful and spirited art, wall hangings, and enlightening book selection, and the natural world beckons outside every window and doorway.

It has 6 bedrooms with 18 beds plus 6 extras in the den, living room and studio (group space). They range from 2 to 4 beds per room, with quilts, pillows, and linens provided. There are 2½ baths plus 2 outdoor showers with hot water. There is a hot tub (always hot) on a large, private redwood deck overlooking the western hills.
