We work together to uncover the personality traits that bedevil us, which we call our Mask and Shadow. Then we illuminate our pure potential, called Essence, and enable the discovery of the unique DNA of our soul –– our Soul Print.

LEAP to your LIGHT is structured through four monthly weekend retreats. The weekends begin Thursday at 4pm and end Sunday at 4pm.

The central themes of the four weekends are:

• Mask – In this weekend participants are invited to embark on connecting with the defense structures that were created to protect us from painful situations over which we have no control –– our Mask. We will artistically join in a mask-making ceremony of this inner exploration illustrating the Mask we show to the world, the Mask of shame and the authentic face uniquely known as you.

• Shadow – What strongly attracts us and repels us in others is a clue to where our own darkness lurks. This darkness is what we call Shadow.
  
  In this weekend we will participate in a dance of the Shadow, drawing it out of the darkness and into the light. Exploring the dark side of ego liberates untapped energy and creativity, giving us a look into our inner chamber of fear and attachment. Our scared and arrogant ego has an enormous capacity to avoid self-knowledge. Our Shadow is the disowned, disavowed, unlived, and excluded traits and powers of our personality. This is the ego that divides, separates and dichotomizes reality.
  
  Looking at our Shadow bridges the gap between self and others, and connects us to a loving and compassionate presence with others and ourselves. 

• Essence – Essence can be described as the inherent, unchanging nature of a thing, its substance.
  
  Once we have uncovered our Mask and liberated our Shadow, weekend three allows us to turn our attention deeper than the usual levels of perception, to our essence. This is the place where we begin to know ourselves as present, open, loving and expanded beings. Here we tend to be compassionate, generous, alive, free, content, serene, powerful and wise. This weekend is a celebration of your true nature and pure potential. Blossoming into your Essence is the gift you give yourself for making this inner pilgrimage.

• Soul Print – LEAP to your LIGHT culminates with the unfolding of your Soul Print –– the unique DNA of your soul. It is the distinctive swirls and curves that make up one’s infinite specialness and uniqueness. Through the defenses of our Masks, to the dance of the Shadow and the emergence of our Essence, our Soul Prints beckon us to turn into the hero of our story, rather than a tragic supporting character in our own drama. To unfold your Soul Print is the highest goal of spiritual living.

Together, our Mask, Shadow, Essence and Soul Print consciousness awakens us to LEAP to our inner LIGHT, whereby we can impress our Soul Prints on the waiting lips of reality.
