LEI trains and empowers participants to become leaders in their local and global communities. The Institute is based on a Collaborative and Cooperative Process known as Cooperative Inquiry. It is the study into the human condition through active, participatory and collaborative means. It teaches at its core how to be in relationship with others at the local and global levels. This type of learning works with alerting discrimination, innovation, discipline, healing and reflection. It awakens our hidden assumptions and mis-interpretations and reconnects us with our intrinsic soul force. LEI supports subjectivity and reflects teachings based on interconnectivity and interbeingness by the engagement with others on a similar path.
